1. Scope of Advisory Services
Capital Metric Systems provides a tiered business intelligence platform and advisory interface. Access is granted exclusively for internal corporate strategic planning. Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering the algorithmic logic or the metric weighting systems that form the proprietary core of our enterprise data solutions.
2. User Authentication & Responsibility
Authorized personnel must maintain the confidentiality of platform credentials. Any breach of security within a client organization’s internal network must be reported to Capital Metric Systems within 24 hours to mitigate potential data leakage across the interconnected metrics ecosystem.

3. Data Usage & Intellectual Property
All charts, trend analyses, and predictive modeling outputs are the intellectual property of Capital Metric Systems. While clients retain ownership of their raw input data, the transformation of that data into actionable intelligence through our platform generates a unique "Metric Output" protected under international intellectual property laws.
Compliance Parameters & Limitations
Advisory Disclaimer
Capital Metric Systems acts as a business intelligence provider. While our metrics are calibrated for the highest degree of statistical significance, they do not constitute specific investment or legal advice. Decision-making remains the sole responsibility of the client executive board. No outcome is guaranteed by the use of our analytical models.
System Uptime
We target a 99.9% availability for the cloud-based intelligence platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows aimed at upgrading predictive algorithms.
API Integrity
Automated system interactions must comply with our rate-limit headers to prevent metric degradation for other enterprise nodes.

Istanbul Commercial Court
All legal disputes or discrepancies arising from the use of the Capital Metric Systems platform are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any arbitration or mediation will take place in Istanbul, Besiktas District, ensuring localized legal expertise in alignment with international data processing standards.
Contractual Agility
Rights of Capital Metric Systems to modify the operational environment and service terms.
Service Suspension
We reserve the absolute right to suspend access to metrics if unauthorized data scraping or breach of the platform's fair-use policy is detected.
Metric Evolution
CMS may introduce, modify, or decommission specific data models as business intelligence standards evolve in the 2026 fiscal cycle.
Billing Adjustments
Subscription terms for platform-wide access are renewed annually. Changes to pricing tiers will be communicated 60 days in advance.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Capital Metric Systems against any third-party claims arising from the improper application of data reports.
Clarification on Technical Clauses
If your legal counsel requires a custom Service Level Agreement (SLA) or a specific non-disclosure addendum, our compliance team is available for review during standard working hours.
